What is Composite Number ?


Composite Number is a number which has more than two factors. (or Whole numbers that are not prime are composite numbers, since they are divisible by more than two numbers).

For example, 4, 6, 8, 9, 10 and 12 are the first few composite numbers.

1 is neither a prime number nor a composite number

All even numbers except 2 are composite numbers
